Do you sell shirts in any colour but white?
Currently the technology we use to print our multicolour designs only allows us to print on to white shirts. But technology marches on, so keep watching...


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card, debit card and Paypal. If you're a caveman (or cave lady) without a credit card or Paypal account and would like to pay by cheque or postal order please contact sales@t-wiz.co.uk for info on alternate payment methods. Sorry, we don’t accept orders over the phone.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Select your country as you go through checkout and shipping will be calculated automatically. If you have any problems at checkout just let us know.


Attention International Buyers.
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country taxes imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with T-Wiz, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.


Do you ship to BFPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to BFPO addresses. Customers shipping to BFPO addresses should select the United Kingdom as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.


What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via Royal Mail.
All UK orders are sent 1st class, all international orders are sent by air mail.

Charges:

UK: £2.50 for the first item and £1 for each additional item.

Europe: £3.50 for the first item and £2 for each additional item.

Rest of the world: £4.50 for the first item and £3 for each additional item.

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective please email us at sales@t-wiz.co.uk for a return number.


I ordered the wrong size - how do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged if you notify us within 14 days of delivery. Email us at sales@t-wiz.co.uk for a return number.


I am a designer and have some T-shirt designs I think would fit into your range, would you be interested?
We are always looking for talented designers to work on a freelance basis. Contact us at business@t-wiz.co.uk


How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at sales@t-wiz.co.uk and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.


Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email sales@t-wiz.co.uk and we can confirm that the order was placed.


Do your shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep most of our popular sizes in stock for immediate despatch but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design, so please allow a week for us to despatch. If your shirt is going to take longer we will notify you by email.


What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be T-WIZ LTD. T-Wiz is registered as a company in England.


Do you sell shirts wholesale?
Sorry, no. We only sell direct.


Holiday Shipping Info:
If you would like your shirts to arrive before December 25th, please place your order by the dates listed below according to your location. Orders placed after the dates below may not arrive by Christmas. Many orders placed shortly after these dates will make it on time, but with each day it becomes less likely. These dates are based on information provided by Royal Mail. They are not guaranteed but we find them to be correct for the vast majority of orders. Please add sales@t-wiz.co.uk to your address book so that if we need to send you an email it does not go to your spam filter.
